Important Reminder from 

HEAL MEDITATE ALIGN 

 To Honor Your Commitment  

Appointments must be cancelled with a 48 hour notice.  

Please cancel your appointment by TEXTING message to (239) 558-0744 or via send email info@healmeditatealign.com ~through the website on the contact us page. 

You will be charged $25 for missed appointments without proper notification. No appointment will be accepted until this fee is collected. 

Deposits and payments made in advance are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment with a 24 hour notice, they are transferable to another service or product. If you are late for appointments every effort will be made to work you in but you may be asked to reschedule. 

Paid In Full Sessions - No Shows will result in NO Refunds. Same guidelines for rescheduling. If you have to reschedule there will be a $25 rescheduling fee applied.

• Your privacy is upheld in all sessions.
• No information is discussed outside of you session with Heal Meditate Align.
• Client understands terms and conditions and will conduct  him/herself with respect.
• HEAL MEDITATE ALIGN has the right to refuse service to anyone that does not conduct themselves with dignity.
